How To Book

Book Online

To book online, please visit our Shows & Events, Cinema, Exhibitions, Courses or Workshops pages. Select the relevant production or course and follow the on-screen instructions.

We process all bookings via a secure server, so you can be sure that your details remain safe at all times. On completing your booking, you will be sent confirmation by email.

Please note that not all ticket offers are available when booking online. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please call our Box Office staff who will be happy to help you.

The fastest and most reliable way to receive your tickets is via e-ticket, delivered directly to the email address you used to complete your booking. Simply choose the ‘e-ticket’ delivery option when placing your order.

You can present these tickets on your phone or similar device, or you may print your tickets at home.

The Box Office is open at the following times:

Monday to Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: open one hour before days first event – close at the start of days last event

Phone lines will close one hour before the days last event.

The above times are subject to programme; if a performance begins at 8pm the Box Office will remain open until that time.

During the hours of 7pm and 8pm, our Box Office staff are extremely busy. You may experience a delay in us answering your call during this period.

Book In Person

To book in person, please visit our box office.

The Box Office is open at the following times:

Community Outreach

It costs £25,000 a week to keep South Hill Park open, allowing us to run our vast community outreach programme

Visitors

We welcome 220,000 visitors annually with 185,000 participating in our arts programme

Learning and Participation

5000 people of all ages join our courses and workshops with 2000 students taking part in community activities

In-house Productions

We host 21 amateur theatre and music groups each year, and produce up to 6 in-house productions annually to help encourage local talent

Schools

We provide local primary and secondary schools with workshops, classes, tours, lessons and talks with industry professionals, and offer holiday activities for over 160 young people

Dementia Friendly Screenings

We show 12 dementia-friendly screenings a year in our cinema, specially-designed for people living with dementia and their carers

Resident Companies

We house 3 resident theatre and dance companies for young people

Volunteers

We support over 100 volunteers and annually provide 20 work experience places for students from the arts
