‘Engage’ Partnership
£500 plus VAT annually
- A great opportunity to deliver your own corporate social responsibility objectives whilst promoting your brand
- Brand presence on South Hill Park website
- Discounted tickets on most live theatre productions, cinema screenings, courses and workshops for your staff
- 10% discount on room hire for meetings, product launches, seminars or conferences
- Two complimentary tickets to the annual pantomime and one free programme plus 20% saving on additional tickets purchased
‘Excite’ Partnership
£1,000 plus VAT annually
The same benefits as the ‘Engage’ Partnership plus…
- Brand presence (your logo) in South Hill Park’s season brochures for one year – c. 45,000 copies printed and distributed per year across Bracknell Forest and beyond
- Partnership announced on South Hill Park social media platforms – Facebook (11,000 followers), Twitter (6,500 followers) and Instagram (3,000 followers)
- 15% discount on room hire for meetings, product launches, seminars, conferences etc.
- Two extra tickets (total four) to the annual pantomime and one extra free programme plus 20% saving on additional tickets purchased
- Invitation to the pantomime’s Press/VIP Night pre and interval drinks reception with South Hill Park staff, trustees, VIP’s and local dignitaries
‘Stimulate’ Partnership
£2,500 plus VAT annually
The same benefits as the ‘Excite’ Partnership plus…
- A branded advert on South Hill Park’s promotional screens inside the Mansion House and Wilde Theatre for 12 months – seen by c. 200,000 people
- Partnership announced on South Hill Park monthly e-shot to c. 20,000 subscribers
- 1/2 page full colour advert in South Hill Park’s season brochures for 12 months
- 20% discount on room hire for meetings, product launches, seminars, conferences etc.
- Four extra tickets (total eight) to the annual pantomime and two extra free programmes plus 20% saving on additional tickets purchased
‘Inspire’ Partnership
£5,000+ plus VAT annually
The same benefits as the ‘Stimulate’ Partnership plus…
- One A3 promotional poster on display in the Wilde Theatre foyer for 12 months – seen by c. 80,000 people
- Branded sponsorship of a space in the Wilde Theatre or Mansion, e.g. the Coach House, Recital Room, Cinema, Studio Theatre, Dance Studio
- A branded advert on South Hill Park’s cinema screen at all screenings for 12 months – seen by c.12,000 people
- Full page full colour advert in South Hill Park’s season brochures for 12 months
- Allocated free promotional stall at the annual Food and Music Festival (c. 6,000 people)

Pantomime Partnership
Brand Partner for Bracknell’s award-winning annual pantomime with a marketing reach in excess of 100,000 people
£7,500 (or sole Partner, £10,000)
- Brand presence on all pantomime related print: up to three season brochures (45,000 printed and distributed per year), posters (including train stations – Bracknell, Ascot and Wokingham), leaflets, media advertising, bus advertising, production programme plus website, social media platforms, e-shots and pantomime related press releases
- Solus e-shot to South Hill Park database and press release announcing the partnership
- Opportunity to promote your brand at over 60 performances in Nov/Dec/Jan to almost 20,000 customers (55% Bracknell Forest residents)
- 20 tickets to the pantomime’s Press/VIP Night (usually the second Friday evening) and 20 production programmes, plus 20% saving on any additional tickets
- Invitation to the Press/VIP Night – including pre and interval drinks reception – with South Hill Park staff, trustees and local dignitaries
Easter Family Musical Partnership
Brand Partner for Bracknell’s popular family Easter musical with a marketing reach in excess of 50,000 people
