Over 50s Strictly Dance

This class is a great combination of non-partner dance styles ranging from Latin and Salsa to soft shoe, cabaret and many more. The music and relaxed atmosphere is invigorating making you feel good. These classes are an opportunity to improve fitness and develop flexibility, have fun and meet new friends.

Wear – Dance sneakers or trainers, leggings/tracksuit bottoms, T-shirt, comfortable clothing.

Please bring a large water bottle.
