Contemporary Technique

Our Intermediate Contemporary Technique class, led by Charlotte Duffy at Sonder Dance, explores contemporary movement through techniques inspired by Release, Graham, and Cunningham practices. Classes focus on coordination, alignment, fluidity, and movement quality through guided exercises, floor work, and phrase material in a supportive environment for dancers with some prior experience.
