Lino Cutting Workshop with SIBS Wokingham

October 28, 2025

On Thursday 23rd October, South Hill Park was delighted to offer a free lino cutting workshop for members of SIBS Wokingham, a charity supporting brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults. Guided by Wilde About Arts tutor, Kellie Neighbour, the participants learned how to design and carve out their own unique designs using lino cutting tools and inks to create vibrant prints and greeting cards to take home.

Wilde About Arts is a term-time arts course at South Hill Park, Bracknell, designed for children aged 7–17yrs who have lived experience of being a young carer. These free-to-attend sessions provide a safe, nurturing space where young people can enjoy a break from the responsibilities of everyday life and establish support networks with new friends and peers. Teamwork, togetherness, creativity and expression are at the heart of this class.

With thanks to Braybrooke Community Centre, Promise Inclusion and Bracknell Forest Council for making this workshop possible.
