Follow the Yellow Brick Road begins
Our magical show Follow the Yellow Brick Road began last Thursday and we are having an absolute blast!
With the first four days of performances complete we can safely say we have brought bundles of magic to Bracknell. Check out this amazing review here.
Ed Byrne comes to Bracknell
Ed Byrne is coming to South Hill Park next year with his show Tragedy Plus Time. Attributed to Mark Twain, humour is defined as Tragedy Plus Time. Come and join Ed on Wed 5 June 2024 as he tests that formula by mining the most tragic event in his life for laughs.
Tickets go on sale to members on Tue 22 Aug 2023 and non-members Wed 23 Aug 2023.
New ceramics bridge project
We are thrilled to have launched a new ceramics video course as part of our Bridge project, providing a new way for our community to engage in the arts from their homes.
The course consists of 3 videos, which you can watch at home, at a time that suits you. Over the course, you will learn some of the basic pottery techniques and create a finished piece of unique work.

Bodies of Water at Craft Coop
Recently exhibited here, Bodies of Water is now on display at Craft Coop in Princess Square Bracknell until September.
This exhibition was organised by South Hill Park and Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service, and made by Year 10 Textiles students at King’s Academy Binfield with help from textile artist Hermione Thomson. It aims to help visualise the dangers of swimming in unsupervised bodies of water.
We are delighted that it is now being exhibited in the town centre, so make sure you go and take a look.
