Jack and the Beanstalk starts today
Grab your magic beans and join us for an all-singing, all-dancing, fun-filled pantomime this Christmas.
The entire team have been working endlessly over the last few months to bring such a fantastic production to all audiences. Now it’s time for you to experience the characters, comedy and adventure from the much-loved pantomime, running until Sat 31 Dec.

Successful Craft and Design Fair
This month we held our annual Craft and Design Fair hosting over 50 artists from around the country. It was very successful and we loved seeing the community come together to celebrate hand-crafted wares and get into the festive spirit.
Thank you to all our stallholders and to everyone who attended for making it our most successful Craft and Design Fair yet. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Spring 2023 Courses and Workshops
Bookings for our Jan – March term of courses and workshops opens for non-members on Mon 28 Nov.
We have another varied programme with old favourites and new editions in Printmaking, Ceramics, Jewellery, Dance, Crafts, Music, Holistic and Theatre. New activities include Watercolours, Creative writing, Linoprinting, Weaving and Body Barre. There is something for everyone so we hope you take part.

Christmas at The Coach House
Enjoy some nostalgic tribute acts and a delicious Christmas menu, with our Christmas party nights in the Coach House. The party nights will be on Tue 29 Nov (A Touch of Swing with Mr Stone), Tue 6 Dec (Evolution Party Band), Tue 13 Dec (A Tribute to Elvis Presley) and Tue 20 Dec (The Fabulous Funky Funks).

Studio Theatre Volunteer Coordinator
South Hill Park is looking for a Studio Theatre Volunteer Coordinator to build upon the successes of the past twelve years of the Studio Theatre and bring together like-minded individuals with an interest in the arts.

Christmas at South Hill Park
You may have noticed some Christmas trees around the building which means the festive season has begun, so make sure to book your Christmas outings here at South Hill Park.

Meet the junior piano tutor
We are excited to introduce our new Junior piano teacher, Olivia Kennedy. Olivia is looking forward to being the new Junior Piano (6-16yrs) tutor from January. She has been playing the piano since she was 6 years old and is currently working towards her Grade 7 qualification. She also regularly performs in the piano section at Woodley Festival, and at school concerts.

Wedding Fair 2023
Join us for our free Wedding Fair on Sun 15 Jan 2023. Discover a range of local wedding suppliers, showcased throughout the mansion. From cakemakers and photographers, to florists, jewellers, accessories, bridal wear, transport and entertainment.

New Exhibitions
We have two exciting new exhibitions running from Sat 19 Nov 2022- Sun 8 Jan 2023, at South Hill Park. Painting with Light showcases the creative process of stained glass by our talented tutor, Caroline Loveys. Environments Abstracted by Dee Bingham exhibits paintings and prints that are shaped by experiences, memory, and research into natural and man-made environments.

Vacancy for Development Officer
Do you want to support the Arts but also need work around the school run? South Hill Park is recruiting a part time Development Officer to support our Membership and Donation schemes.
The department’s role is to generate income through fundraising activities and events, membership fees, donations, trusts and statutory grants.
