Bracknell Forest is able to apply for funding from Arts Council England to develop a long term arts strategy. Projects must be led by consortia and should include community groups and/or grass-roots organisations as well as cultural organisations such as museums, libraries or arts organisations.
Other partners might include private-sector organisations, clubs, housing associations or universities. South Hill Park has registered its interest.
