Changes to our Booking Fee

To enable the continuation of a sustainable service to our customers we are introducing a new booking fee from 1 Jan 2018.

Our current fee structure valid until 31 Dec 2017 charges 80p booking fee per transaction for bookings made in person and on the phone. Online bookings are subject to a charge of £1.25 per booking – except current members.

The new structure will be 50p per ticket charged for all bookings online, on the telephone or in person up to a maximum of £5 per booking.

Exceptions to this charge will be schools and all current South Hill Park Arts Centre members. At a time when we are facing challenges to become more self-sufficient this fee contributes to our ticket retail, distribution and technology costs.
