Haydn Oakley, recognisable as Prince Charming in Cinderella (2006-2007) reminisces about his time at South Hill Park, and was filled with nothing but praise: “I absolutely loved my time at South Hill Park playing Prince Charming in Cinderella. It is a wonderful centre for the arts – unrivalled in its beautiful setting and imaginative programming. I hope to return soon!”
Since appearing on the Wilde Stage, Haydn has gone on to perform in prestigious venues across the West End and alongside veteran artists and creatives such as Glen Close and Christopher Wheeldon.
He is currently starring as Henri in the musical version of An American in Paris based on the MGM film at the Dominion Theatre in London’s West End, and recently caught up with South Hill Park’s CEO Ron McAllister backstage for a quick chat.
