South Hill Park attended three Summer of Fun events in August, 2017. These free events are great for a family day out, and we had a great time with events and activities that kept us, you and your family entertained!
On our first outing on Wednesday 2 August, South Hill Park was accompanied by some furry creatures from our summer production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
South Hill Park was at Braybrooke Recreation Ground on Wednesday 16, where we made a lot of new friends and tried on a lot of silly costumes and played with some props! The children at the event were able to make a big art piece of a dragon, which looked brilliant and got everyone involved.
The final Summer of Fun day on 30 August was at North Lake, opposite the Arts Centre itself. Although there was rain, a few brave souls still chose to join us under our gazebo to make some tile mosaics and bows and arrows.
Thank you to everyone who came, and we hope to see you next year!
