Consider Yourself… for a role in Oliver at South Hill Park!
We are looking for Musical Theatre Actors to take part in South Hill Park’s Easter Production of Lionel Bart’s Oliver, which is being directed by Adam Stafford (James and the Giant Peach, Just So, Fawlty Towers). Auditions are taking place on Saturday 21st November 2015 by appointment. Each audition will last approximately 15 minutes and you need to prepare a monologue and song to sing (these can be from Oliver if you wish). Please make sure you bring the sheet music for Tim, our Musical Director to accompany you with.
Please email Joe.malyan@nullsouthhillpark.org.uk to arrange your audition time. Auditions will be running from 9am-3pm. Saturday 28th November is likely to be a recall day so please keep that day available as well.
Rehearsals: Sundays and Thursday evenings from the start of January.
Production week:
TECH – Saturday 2nd April and Sunday 3rd April times TBC – one dress rehearsal on Sunday 3rd PM.
DRESS – Monday and Tuesday 4th and 5th April – PM
SHOWS – Wednesday 6th April – Sunday 10th April. Please note that there will be weekday matinees so please do not audition if you cannot commit to these.

Artful Dodger – Male/Female – age 8-16. Good singer. Lead role.
Fagin – Male – age 30-55. Lead role.
Nancy – Female – age 21-35. Good singer. Lead role.
Bill Sikes – Male – age 25-40 – supporting role
Mr Bumble – Male – age 35-65 – supporting role
Widow Corney – Female – age 35-65 – supporting role
Mr Sowerberry – Male – age 35-65 – supporting role
Mrs Sowerberry – Female – age 35-65 – supporting role
Plus a variety of supporting roles and ensemble.
