Casting Call for One Man, Two Guvnors

September 27, 2015

South Hill Park Presents is looking for strong comic actors aged 16 + to take part in One Man, Two Guvnors at South Hill Park, Bracknell in 2016. This is an Associate Production with London Contemporary Theatre!

Luke Burton will be directing this production, and the set will be designed by Victoria Spearing.

Rehearsals will take place from 1st January – 24th January.

Auditions are by appointment, each lasting 15 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your allocated audition time, which will be given to you once you have emailed the contact below.

Audition Date – 9th November and 10th November – Studio Theatre, South Hill Park

Rehearsals – 1st January-24th January – taking place on week nights and weekends mostly.

Production Week – Sunday 25th January- 30th Saturday January

DOLLY – 30’s, an employee of Clench. Feminist Bookkeeper.

LLOYD BOATENG – 50’s Friend to Clench, Black ex-con now runs a pub.

CHARLIE “THE DUCK” CLENCH – 50’s Brighton based but originally from London, Gangster tight with Money.

His daughter PAULINE CLENCH – 20-30’s Pretty and stupid

Charlie’s solicitor HARRY DANGLE – 60’s Crooked Latin-speaking attorney, Rottingdean/Tries to be posh Brighton

Harry’s son ALAN DANGLE 20-30’s A Wannabe Actor

FRANCIS HENSHALL – 30’s Essex Boy, A chancer, juggling two masters

RACHEL CRABBE – Mid 20’s London, Dresses as dead twin brother, Roscoe

STANLEY STUBBERS – Mid 20’s Home Counties, privately educated, Public school nitwit

The waiters, GARETH 30 ish a trained head waiter and ALFIE old slow and doddery
