Marketing information for visiting companies
On this page, visiting companies bringing a show to South Hill Park can find information about:
• What assets we require, as a venue, to advertise your show and when we need them by
• What marketing we offer as part of your contract with us
Please note, we do not offer a marketing contra but companies can pay for some additional digital advertising – details of which can be found at the bottom of this page.
For brochure, print or website related queries, please e-mail andi.nichols@nullsouthhillpark.org.uk
For digital marketing and social media related queries, please e-mail kelly.juvilee@nullsouthhillpark.org.uk
Please put your show title in the e-mail subject line when contacting us.
Seasons and deadlines
South Hill Park operates a seasonal on-sale policy. This means that we put shows and events on sale three times a year:
• In February for our summer season (May-Aug)
• In June for our autumn/winter season (Sept-Dec)
• In October for our spring season (Jan-April)
The reason for putting shows on sale in three seasonal groups, rather than on a more piecemeal basis, is so that we can ensure our members get the correct priority booking period (the key benefit we offer to all our members). It also helps us to plan our marketing in a more structured and effective way.
On-sale dates
The booking dates for the 2026 spring season (Jan-April) are:
Members: Mon 13 Oct
Non-members: Mon 20 Oct
Copy deadline
The deadline for visiting companies to send us all their show information and images is:
Mon 8 Sept
Please note that we cannot guarantee your show will go on sale by the stated date if we do not have all your information by the copy deadline.

Marketing plan and social media
As part of our standard marketing plan, we include your show:
• As a listing on our website including production copy, photographs and video footage as provided
• In the relevant season brochure
• Around the building with the posters and leaflets you have provided
• In the monthly What’s On e-shot
• In the monthly What’s On press release to our local newspaper contacts
• In several social media posts
Please send us as many marketing assets as you can to help sell your show, including trailers, videos, rehearsal photos and production shots.
If you would like to discuss anything in the marketing plan further, please contact kelly.juvilee@nullsouthhillpark.org.uk
Social media handles
Facebook: SouthHillParkArtsCentre
Instagram: @southhillpark
TikTok: south.hill.park
We recommend you tag us in your own social media posts to boost visibility and we will endeavour to share them. Please note, we will not tag you in our posts as we link to your event page on our website for ticket purchases.
We no longer create Facebook event pages as we found they generate very little engagement. We recommend setting up the event page yourself, listing us as the venue, and using the ticket booking link from our website.
Extra marketing options
If you are interested in any additional digital marketing, we offer:
• a targeted solus e-shot, to a section of our subscriber list, for £75 + VAT for productions in the Wilde Theatre and £50 + VAT for productions in the Studio Theatre, Recital Room, Cellar Bar or McAllister’s
• a boosted Facebook post with your chosen cost of the advert + 20% admin fee + VAT
Please contact kelly.juvilee@nullsouthhillpark.org.uk to discuss these options in more detail.
