South Hill Park is one of the largest and most enterprising arts centres in the country. Our unique blend of history and creativity provides an inspiring break from the norm and makes us the perfect venue for your next corporate event.
Whether you’re looking for a space for a business meeting, a training session, a conference, product launch, incentive days or to entertain potential clients, at South Hill Park we have what it takes to make your day productive (and enjoyable).
Our 18th Century Mansion boasts a range of unique spaces available for hire including the traditional Mirror Gallery and Recital room overlooking the 18th century grounds, to our professional 325 seat Wilde Theatre and our newly built light and spacious Coach House for up to 240 people (standing).
All our rooms benefit from full technical and creative production teams on site to support your event design with everything from usual lighting and AV set ups to building a bespoke stage set.

Day Delegate Packages
Day Delegate packages start from £50 but we are happy to tailor-make a package to suit your event – just ask and let us do the rest. For an overview of our menu options please download our catering packages here.
Our meetings package is just £50 per person inc VAT, and includes:
• Room hire.
• Free parking.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Delegate stationary.
• Flipcharts.
• Working sandwich lunch made on site by our own in-house chef.
• Three servings of speciality teas, Arabica Italian blend coffee and biscuits.
Private Film Screening
Our historic 60-seat cinema makes the perfect venue for your private screening – request a film on Bluray or DVD release and we will apply for the viewing licence on your behalf. More recent tiles may also be available.
• Speciality teas, Arabica Italian blend coffee and biscuits served on arrival.
• Private hire of the cinema (for three hours).
• Snack pack during the film (includes drink and nuts).
• Ice cream tubs handed out on departure.
• Take away a copy of your film of choice.

Team-Building Packages
Research has shown that engagement with the Arts leads to a higher level of subjective wellbeing, improves the cognitive abilities and has the power to facilitate social interaction.
With an array of creative arts tutors on site, we can offer a truly exceptional experience. Try a spot of role play training in one of our theatres, get the blood pumping with a session in extensive grounds or enjoy a team building session with one of our visual arts pro’s. Below are just a few ideas from our creative team and are based on a minimum of 10 delegates and a maximum of 25 delegates unless otherwise noted; equally we would be delighted to tailor make a package for you!
GET CREATIVE | 90 MINS | £250
Our friendly and experienced artists will guide you through a visual arts activity to teach you a new skill, unleashing your team’s creativity and leaving you and your team feeling relaxed and inspired and ready to think outside the box.
No experience necessary and all materials provided.
Maximum of 12 delegates.
GET ON THE STAGE | 60 MINS | £200
Join one of our Resident Theatre Directors for an exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ tour of our Wilde Theatre (subject to availability) and then take the chance to tread the boards yourself in one of our 4 performance spaces. Choose from:
- Finding Your Voice: Using performance vocal techniques, learn easy tips on public speaking and presentation skills to communicate with impact. Delegates will participate in various exercises to strengthen their breath control, increase their confidence and engage their voice effectively.
- Get Collaborative: Rooted in theatre, delegates will participate in engaging, fun activities to build on their team ethos. Participants will understand the importance of active listening, learn to lose their inhibitions and ultimately gain the necessary skills to form stronger, more successful teams.
GET MOVING | 60 MINS | £250
Improve employee health and wellbeing with a yoga session in our beautiful parkland (or your meeting room).
Choose from Yoga to Energise, Yoga for Calm or Yoga with Mediation with an option for a seated session.
Expertly run by our partners Yoginah, using Yogic principles dating back over 2000 years that can be easily applied into everyday life today.
Maximum of 15 delegates.

Combine your sense of adventure and competitive spirit with a treasure hunt around our award winning grounds; taking in landscaped gardens, lakes and life sized sculptures – and utilising a wide variety of fitness equipment to truly engage your team.
Run by Podium Fitness – experts in harnessing the collective energy of a group to produce remarkable results.
