Contemporary Dance for Improvers

Please note this is a 10 week course with a two week half term. 

A great way to develop the core skills and styles of contemporary dance including technique, travelling, exercise and routines.

Wear – Comfortable clothing. Class done in bare feet.

John Darvell is the Artistic Director & Choreographer for Digital Art through Participation. John’s professional journey into dance began in his late 30’s when he took the courageous step to leave his office job security behind and risk a full career change by retraining in contemporary dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Incorporating strong aesthetics from his years as a visual designer, John has developed a distinctive approach to choreography and creating interactive immersive experiences.
