Cello: Practice and Performance

Say hello to the cello and tune into this music workshop. Suitable for cellists at a Grade 5 level and above or equivalent, this workshop aims to improve confidence and playing through practice and performance based learning. Please bring along a short favourite piece or two to play.

Under the guidance of established and performing concert cellist Clare Deniz you will improve technique and posture. There will be time for technique and cello related questions. There will also be time for some cello ensemble playing to enjoy the richness and the beauty of this lovely instrument.

There will be a 20 minute comfort break in the middle of the class.

Please bring your cello, music stand, pencil, rosin, floor endpin anchor and a bottle of water.
