South Hill Park is conducting a survey in order to obtain a picture of how the community, across the Borough, engages with arts and culture. We would like to know what the community likes to engage with and what you would like to see more of locally. The results of this survey will inform future arts and cultural activity across the Borough to ensure it thrives, inspires and remains relevant.
Please rest assured, all information provided to us on this form is completely anonymous. We won’t ask you to provide your name, contact details or full postal address.
The survey will take you approximately 8 minutes to complete. The form will close 31 December 2019 and the winner will be announced by 1 February 2020.
