Wilde Theatre space

The width of stall seats in the Wilde Theatre measure 430mm between arm rests.

Box seats (Middle and Upper Tier) are without arm rests.

We have space to accommodate up to 5 wheelchairs in row P (seats 1-14) of the stalls. If you, or someone in your party, requires a wheelchair-accessible space these must be booked in advance via the Box Office (01344 484123).

Please note, mobility scooters are not permitted in performance spaces, however we have a wheelchair that our customers can use to transfer into their purchased seat. Please inform the Box Office team when booking so they can assign you the most suitable seats for your needs.

As wheelchair capacity is limited, we prioritise the seats on row P for those who would otherwise be unable to attend. It is therefore not always possible to seat a group together in the same row.

Given the limited capacity, you must inform the Box Office in advance if your needs change and you require additional wheelchair space. We will then do our best to accommodate you. Additional wheelchairs attending without notice may not be accommodated and will not be refunded.

Parking

There are free reserved parking spaces for Blue Badge holders in front of the building.

RADAR and Accessible Toilets

Our ground floor accessible toilet near the Atrium Restaurant and Bar is available to RADAR keyholders only.  Further accessible toilets are available on the ground floor of the Wilde Theatre foyer and on the first floor of the Mansion building (via use of the lift).

Helpers and Carers

Helpers and carers accompanying wheelchair users to a performance receive a complimentary ticket. Please tell the Box Office when buying your tickets.

Assisted Hearing Facilities

The Wilde and Studio Theatres have a Sennheiser infra-red system installed. There are headsets available for use with or without a hearing aid.

Please be aware that there is a £5 deposit on the night.

Please inform the Box Office of your requirements when booking.

The cinema is fitted with an audio induction loop. Customers can use the T-setting on their hearing aids for clearer film sound.

Guide and Hearing Dogs

If you wish to bring your guide dog to a performance or course, please let us know when booking. This will allow us to arrange seating with suitable access.
