South Hill Park does not make additional charges for online bookings.

Select event from the What’s On menu, look for the red Book Now button and follow the on-screen instructions. Tickets for most of our events can be booked on-line. All bookings are made via a secure server so you can be sure that your details remain safe at all times.

Please send booking details with your chosen method of payment to Box Office, South Hill Park, Ringmead, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 7PA. If you would like us to send your tickets to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Otherwise, we will keep your tickets at the Box Office for collection.

Please telephone our Box Office on 01344 484123 to purchase your tickets. Telephone bookings can be paid for by credit card or by sending us a cheque.

Terms and Conditions of Sales South Hill Park will book the best seat available. If you have specific seating requirements please inform us. We will do our best to help you and will always contact you if we are unable to meet your requests.
When you book online, South Hill Park will process your card details within 48 hours and email you the confirmation of your purchase. Please be aware that South Hill Park is unable to hold tickets unless payment is completed.

The use of cameras and any form of audio or visual recording equipment is forbidden.
No drinks (except bottled water and cartons) are allowed in the auditorium unless agreed by the Management for special events.

Credit, Debit and Switch Cards
American Express, Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa are accepted over the internet, telephone and in person. Please note that there is a 80p fee PER TRANSACTION on all credit, debit and switch card bookings. There is a maximum limit of £210.00 on all credit card bookings.

Security Policy
All of the information you give us is private and secure. The secure server software (SSL) South Hill Park uses is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. All personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address are encrypted using 128-bit security so that all transmissions over the internet between your browser and our server cannot be read by any unauthorised person.

Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to South Hill Park Trust Ltd. Please allow one week for cheques to clear.

CONCESSIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Concession Price
Concession prices for courses and workshops are available throughout the week. For other events they apply from Monday to Thursday only.Concessions are available to children under 16, students, registered unemployed, registered disabled and retired people. Please bring proof of status.

Under 21s & SHP Students Price
Proof of age is required to under 21s.South Hill Park's student prices apply to students enrolled on courses or workshops at South Hill Park during the period od this brochure only.

Family Tickets
This will be a joint ticket based on a group of four, two adults and two children.

Members Price
Discounted ticket prices are available to Members of South Hill Park for most events. Joint/Family members can book two adult and two child discounted tickets per event. Individual members can book one discounted ticket per event.
Members benefits include two tickets for the price of one on opening nights on selected performances.

Members Priority Booking
There are no restrictions on the number of tickets purchased in this period.

Members FREE Tickets
Buying a ticket for the first night of selected shows, Members of South Hill Park get another one FREE. Joint/Family members can claim up to four FREE tickets to the first night of events when buying more than four tickets to the first night event with the offers "Members FREE Tickets" or "241". Individual members can claim up to two FREE ticket to the first night of events when buying more than two tickets.

Special Offers
Please notice that only one special offer can be applied to each event. All offers are subject to availability. When processing your booking request, Box Office will always ensure you receive the best possible discount.

TICKETS

In Advance
Unless otherwise stated, in advance tickets mean tickets bought up until the date of the event.

On the Door
Unless otherwise stated, on the door tickets mean tickets bought the same day as the event.

Exchange
Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the performance. Please bring your tickets to the box office in advance to arrange your exchange. One exchange per ticket only.

Refunds
We regret that TICKETS ONCE PURCHASED CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

Resale Tickets
If the show is sold out, South Hill Park can try to resell your tickets for you and a £1 administration fee per ticket will be charged. We apologise that we are unable to guarantee that tickets will be resold.

Reservations
Seats may be reserved but must be paid for within four days of making your reservation or one hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. Tickets not paid for will be released.
